Through an ever-deepening understanding of the delivery of Pilates and Yoga, my approach is always evolving in the response to the presence and desires of those who join me. This is not a cliché; our learning never ceases. Classes are inclusive and alive to the moment; they are passionate and warm. Flexibility and strength are key.
Always keen on cardio-type sports, I felt the need to bring the feeling of balance and harmony into my chosen activities. After participation of many classes, I finally found my “niche” and embarked on thorough training programmes initially in Pilates, soon followed by Yoga under the expert guidance of “Yoga Professionals”.

Pilates or Yoga? I haven’t looked back. At whatever stage you might be in your life, I don’t think you will either. Both concepts complement each other and many of those who join me now enjoy intertwining the two practices. By so doing they benefit from both a strong core and improved flexibility.
Zen with Jo encompasses sessions that resonate with the traditional Zen concept. This not only helps put your life and body in order but works to open both spirit and self.
